The platinum bezel is meticulously studded with 36 purple stepped-cut gemstones, exuding a deep hue and showcasing the unique luster of the gemstones, creating a rich and luxurious ambiance. AET REMOULD's master craftsmen, with their long-standing heritage of craftsmanship, ensure the precise placement of each gemstone in its designated position, securely embellishing the model with utmost precision and beauty.

Gemstone setting is a meticulous and intricate craft where each gemstone's size, thickness, cutting angle and other factors must strictly adhere to design standards. Even the slightest difference in dimensions can result in setting errors. AET REMOULD craftsmen rely on their exceptional skills and extensive experience to perform precise operations within a range of mere micrometers.

Purple gemstones possess a captivating allure, exuding a mysterious and splendid charm. The color extends seamlessly from the bezel to the entire dial, creating an enchanting visual feast. The integrated color aesthetics further enhance the brilliance, as the purple gemstones seem to originate from distant celestial bodies, radiating an unparalleled sense of nobility. Through the firing process at high pressures of 2000 bar and temperatures exceeding 1500°C, AET REMOULD enhances the hardness of its ceramic material. The result is a smooth and polished texture akin to jade, with characteristics such as high hardness, lightweight, scratch resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance. Moreover, it is less likely to cause skin allergies or irritation, providing a comfortable wearing experience.

To achieve a high-quality ceramic texture, AET REMOULD has devoted years of research and development, along with substantial resources and investments. We have specifically customized diamond cutting tools and advanced six-axis CNC machinery to overcome the technical challenges associated with the hardness and susceptibility to cracking of ceramics. Furthermore, our self-developed special plasma process enables technicians to refine ceramic components to a purer form with greater precision.

AET REMOULD employs laser technology to etch intricate patterns on the ceramic surface, followed by careful manual refinement of every contour, edge, and bevel. Utilizing techniques such as satin brushing and polished chamfers, we achieve a flawless and distinctive ceramic texture. Through relentless experimentation and innovation, AET REMOULD succeeds in crafting mesmerizing creations that showcase the seamless fusion of gemstones and ceramics.
