To place an order with AET Remould, you must register with us by creating an account on the website. You must submit to us information which is accurate and true, including but not limited to personal details (name, country/area, email address) and the password for the account. You must also keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes, by using the relevant sections of the website.

You may register your watch(es) with your account for speedy payment processing. Once you are logged in to your account, you can track your order and transaction history.

You are responsible for the security of your account and password. AET Remould will not be liable for any damages and expenses arising out of or relating to any unauthorized use of such password.

All advertisements on the website are invitations to purchase and not offers to sell. AET Remould reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject the order once the order form has been completed and submitted, and/or once the payment for the order has been made.

Receipt of your order will be confirmed via an automatic e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your account. Such e-mail is a confirmation that your order has been received by AET Remould but does not constitute acceptance of your order. AET Remould reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order and/or payment to accept or decline your order for any reason and will contact you at the e-mail address provided in the order form of its decision to accept or reject your order. In the event that AET Remould rejects the order, AET Remould will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay AET Remould for the order. If payment has been made, AET Remould will contact you and refund the entire amount paid.

The services we offer allow you to search through the website and purchase watches. As part of the services, we also provide some ancillary services such as arranging delivery of the watches, providing you with personal customer service assistance and payment processing without charge.

You may browse all watches on the website, refer to the recommendations on the front page or search by brand/category from the navigation menu. For further details on specifications, description and price, you may click the image of the watch. The images of the products on the website are for illustrative purposes only, and although we attempt to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the images accurately reflects the true color of the products.

The purchase of products is subject to availability. In the event that AET Remould advises you that such products are no longer available, AET Remould will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay AET Remould for the order. If payment has been made, AET Remould will contact you and refund the entire amount paid.

In the event AET Remould is unable to ship the product to you or your designated recipient for any reason (including but not limited to reasons such as the product or certain styles ordered is out of stock or has been discontinued), AET Remould will contact you and refund the entire amount paid. You agree that in the event the product(s) cannot be shipped to you (for any reason), save for the obligation to refund all amounts paid, AET Remould shall not be liable to you in respect of any compensation or damages.

Since we engage in remaking classic watch(es) by using new materials, new crafts and new technology to create new watch art, you will be able to discuss the details with our expert to personalize and create your own watch(es) upon paying deposit. The whole process takes about [2] months.

Once you have found the watch(es) that you are looking for, click “Add to Wish List”. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or proceed to checkout right away. On the checkout page, enter your address, payment method and delivery details to place your order.  Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. For all orders of accessories, you will have to pay via our online portal immediately.

For all orders other than accessories, our customer service team will contact you for further steps. You will have to enter into a separate agreement with AET Remould for the personalization of watch(es). Once the order has been confirmed by AET Remould, all amount shall be paid via bank transfer within 15 days before we can start personalizing the watch(es) for you. If the 15-day period elapses and the amount has not been paid, the quota for tailor-made watch(es) will be forfeited. For further details, please refer to the separate agreement to be entered into between you and AET Remould.

Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered, we may, at our sole discretion, decide to cancel your order. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If you have already paid for your order, you will receive a full refund of the paid price within the next [15-18] days.

The estimated delivery date of the watch(es) will be stated in your order confirmation email after you have discussed with our expert in personalizing your watch(es). We supply delivery services to you and we will try to ensure that your order is delivered by the estimated delivery date if given, but there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of such delay.

We are not responsible for any loss of the watch(es) following shipment from our or our agents’ or mandatories’ facilities to your delivery address. If the recipient you specified is not yourself, before confirming the order, please make sure that the recipient has agreed to our collection, processing and use of his/her personal information, including his/her name, address and telephone number, and agreed to the transfer of his/her personal information to us.

Delivery may be unavoidably delayed due to severe weather, natural disasters and other conditions beyond our control. We will endeavor to contact you to rearrange the dispatch of all orders as soon as possible once the situations resume normal.

AET Remould shall not be responsible or liable in any way for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of whatsoever nature or subject to equitable or injunctive remedies, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, as a result of or arising out of the access and/or use of this website, or delay or inability to access or use this website or any information or materials displayed or otherwise made available by or through this website.
