AET REMOULD Graffiti Collection: Introducing the THREE Project.
Exploring the THREE Project: The Perfect Fusion of Graffiti Art and Sapphire Crystal Craftsmanship.
Over the course of recent years, AET REMOULD has successfully launched the acclaimed timepieces 'ONE' and 'TWO'. Today, we are proud to continue in the same vein of our design philosophy, infusing it with additional innovative elements, and formally introducing the latest addition to our collection: the 'THREE' Project within the Graffiti Collection.

Graffiti is a unique form of art, symbolizing a challenge to conventions, an embrace of creativity, and a pursuit of freedom. For the younger generation, graffiti is not merely an art form but a way of life. We take imaginative graffiti as our blueprint, using a free-spirited artistic expression to convey the concept of freedom and soulful creation. This is an exemplary fusion of timepieces and art.

The Graffiti Collection by AET REMOULD has consistently garnered acclaim for its dynamic and colorful palettes, and the THREE Project maintains this tradition. Featuring distinct hues like yellow, blue, green, pink, and orange, it not only vividly encapsulates the essence of graffiti culture but also exudes a visually captivating effect on the wrist.

Compared to its two predecessors, THREE distinguishes itself primarily through the design of its three sub-dials. While ONE featured three smiley faces and TWO showcased three skulls, in crafting THREE, our focus shifted towards the representation of rap gestures. Each sub-dial symbolizes a unique mode of communication within rap culture, fully embodying AET REMOULD's profound appreciation and homage to the spirit of hip-hop.

The ambiance of graffiti art extends beyond the dial in THREE; the bezel, chronograph scales, transparent case, and even the exhibition case back all incorporate colorful designs and hip-hop elements, enhancing the visual depth of the timepiece. Additionally, the fluororubber strap, available in a variety of color combinations, makes it the perfect companion to the THREE Project, further enriching its appeal.

The introduction of fluororubber strikes a balance between aesthetics and comfort. This high-performance material finds wide application in the aviation and automotive industries, thanks to its excellent attributes such as high-temperature resistance, oil resistance, and resistance to aging.

Innovation in materials goes beyond this. The sapphire crystal case featured in the THREE Project offers not only exceptional transparency to beautifully showcase the graffiti art on the dial but also boasts remarkable hardness and resistance to abrasion. It is one of the hardest materials on Earth, making it an ideal choice for crafting watch cases.

However, creating a flawless sapphire crystal case is a highly challenging endeavor, fraught with numerous obstacles. For instance, traditional cutting techniques and stamping methods cannot be directly applied to sapphire crystal processing. Therefore, AET REMOULD undertook the redevelopment of a five-axis CNC numerical control machine, utilizing diamond tools to meticulously mill the sapphire crystal block, painstakingly carving out the form, lines, and apertures of the case step by step.

In order to achieve the smooth and flawless finish of the sapphire crystal case, precision grinding and polishing are essential, marking pivotal steps in the production process. AET REMOULD has not only developed advanced ultrasonic polishing techniques but has also combined them with traditional manual polishing methods to ensure that every sapphire crystal case exhibits a pristine, transparent, and exceptional quality.

While AET REMOULD boasts years of experience in sapphire crystal craftsmanship research and development, producing a sapphire crystal case that aligns with the brand's exacting standards demands a substantial investment of time and effort. Typically, the creation of a single sapphire crystal case consumes approximately 1000 hours. Moreover, when compared to the production yield of common sapphire watch crystals, the production yield for sapphire crystal cases falls short of even half.
Nonetheless, AET REMOULD remains steadfast in its commitment because we firmly believe that only through such an uncompromising manufacturing process can we achieve the pinnacle of watchmaking quality.

Innovation and graffiti converge once again in the all-new THREE Project, carrying AET REMOULD's unwavering dedication to the seamless fusion of artistic expression and material craftsmanship. It also signifies the brand's bold challenge to traditional watch design. This is a dynamic and creative masterpiece, an art form in itself, and above all, a limitless tribute to innovation and graffiti.
